Sr. Engineer
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in the maquiladora Industry. B.S. in engineering discipline. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, both as a leader/facilitator and a participant. Excellent theoretical and applied knowledge of design and mechanical engineering concepts. Working knowledge of CAD/CAE engineering tools. Ability to perform financial analysis and cost justifications. Experience in the design and support of automation equipment and production lines. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks with minimal supervision. Strong project management skills. Well organized, enthusiastic, high energy, strong work ethic. Strong English verbal and written communication skills. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MOST and/or Time-Motion Studies knowledge. Advanced Degree in Engineering or Business Management. Industry 4.0 implementation Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, Lean Manufacturing, and process capability studies. Experience with irrigation products / industry. Experience with ultrasonic welding processes of plastics component. Technical supervisor/leadership experience.
