Compliance & Regulatory Leader
🚀 We’re Hiring: Compliance & Regulatory Leader – Design Department Key Responsibilities: • Lead regulatory compliance activities within the Design Engineering department • Ensure product designs meet UL safety standards and ISO 9001 quality requirements • Support engineering teams during design reviews, product validation, and certification processes • Interpret and apply regulatory standards to product design and development • Oversee compliance of engineering documentation, drawings, and technical specifications • Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to ensure product certification and compliance • Support internal and external audits related to regulatory and quality standards Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience in regulatory compliance, product design, or quality systems Strong knowledge of UL standards and ISO 9001 Experience in manufacturing or product development environments Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills 3–5 years of experience in a similar role required. Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with product safety compliance for North American markets • Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and product validation processes • Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, FMEA, or CAPA • Experience supporting engineering change management processes.
