Supervisor de Control de Calidad

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry. Experience in manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, and panels. Proven experience in personnel management and leadership of quality inspection teams. Knowledge of AS9100 quality management system. Knowledge of FAI / FAIR generation, review, and evaluation. Experience using Net-Inspect for the management and follow-up of First Article Inspection reports. Advanced English proficiency. Strong communication skills with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Experience in customer service or direct communication with customers/suppliers. Knowledge of MRB, RMAs, and RTVs processes. Knowledge of problem-solving tools, including 8D and RCCA. Experience reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints. Experience using measurement tools. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, resolve conflicts, and follow up on operational priorities. Fluent conversational English. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the quality inspection team. Ensure compliance with quality system requirements and applicable standards. Follow up on nonconforming product, including activities related to MRB, RMA, and RTV. Coordinate containment actions, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Review, evaluate, and follow up on FAIs / FAIRs, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. Use Net-Inspect for the management, review, and follow-up of First Article Inspections when applicable. Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Support audits, quality investigations, and area metrics follow-up. Ensure proper interpretation of drawings, acceptance criteria, and use of measurement tools. Promote teamwork, operational discipline, and continuous improvement within the Quality area.

EHS Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical, Safety and Hygiene Engineering , or a related field. Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar position . Knowledge of topics related to Environmental, Health and Safety . Knowledge and experience in compliance with applicable requirements from authorities such as STPS , environmental agencies, and other applicable regulatory entities. Experience supporting, preparing for, and following up on internal, external, and regulatory audits . Knowledge of risk identification, unsafe condition analysis, and follow-up of corrective/preventive actions. Knowledge of applicable regulations related to industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental compliance. Experience preparing, controlling, and following up on EHS-related documentation. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and authorities when required. Ability to work as part of a team, follow up on operational priorities, and resolve issues effectively. Proactive, organized, responsible, and able to work with a sense of urgency. Preferred / Plus: Knowledge of applicable Mexican Official Standards related to STPS and environmental compliance. Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably aerospace, electronics, or maquiladora environment. Knowledge of waste management, chemical handling, environmental permits, civil protection, and brigades. Experience with customer, corporate, or regulatory audits. Knowledge of risk analysis, incident investigation, and corrective actions. Intermediate or advanced English. Knowledge of management systems such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 .
