Join our team as a Loan Officer / Sales Representative
We believe in creating an environment where professionals are empowered to develop their skills and achieve long-term success. We are looking for a driven Loan Officer / Sales Rep to help clients secure financing.
If you are strong in sales, this is a high-opportunity role!
What will you do:
- Speak with inbound and outbound leads looking for financing
- Analyze each deal and match clients with the best loan option (in-house or third-party lenders)
- Present financing options and guide clients through the process
- Follow up consistently and close deals
- Coordinate with lenders, underwriting, and internal teams
- Manage your pipeline and hit funding targets
Experiencia y requisitos
What We are Looking For:
- Experience in sales, lending, or financial services
- Strong closer mentality (comfortable handling objections and following up)
- Ability to understand and structure deals
- Organized and able to manage multiple files at once
- English proficiency required
Compensation:
- Salary: $18,000 gross
- High earnings potential through competitive bonuses
- No cap on commissions
Details:
- Location: Cd. Juarez.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00am-8:00pm. Sunday, 9:00am-5:00pm or, Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturdays, 9:00am-4:00pm.
