This role is within TT Electronics North America Region Centralized Procurement group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) ensure that the purchased goods, materials and services meet technical specifications (ii) evaluating supplier performance and resolving supply issues. 

• Liaising with sourcing specialist team and maintaining strong supplier relations. ·        
• Evaluating goods and suppliers according to key business criteria.       
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements. ·        
• Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
• Work closely with quality on evaluating the quality of purchased goods and resolving

             shortcomings. ·        

• Analyzing industry, market, and demand trends. ·        
• Support management and sourcing with the development and implementation of sourcing

           strategies. ·        

• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and purchasing records.     
• Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company. ·        
• Work closely with SIOP Team to determine procurement strategies and inventory

             levels. ·        

• Maintain costs in complete updated purchasing records and pricing in the system.    
• Inventory reporting monthly and forecasts. ·        
• Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs. ·        
• Order confirmation and acknowledgement in SAP. ·        
• Address to sourcing price variations, MOQ changes and support as needed. ·        
• Open Order Report Management.·        
• PPV Reporting and Forecasting based on purchase volumes. ·        
• Work with the Sourcing Team on PPV, cost reduction strategies annually
