JOB SUMMARY: Ensures inventory control between MRP system and Import Export system, reconciles all variances between both. Maintains HTS classification & systems to be in compliance with Emerson guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Generates inventory control reports from LES and Import export systems, & reconciles all variances between both reports.
- Administrates BOM’s factors & import export system. *Weekly / monthly Scrap & Yield verification
- Ensures correct discharge of Mexican source suppliers, virtual & definite imports.
- Ensure discharge of expense items between MRP system and import export system
- Verifies HTS classification between MRP system and import export system
- Validates maintenance, updates in import export systems.
- Supports Customs broker score card for US & Mexico
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be updated in all US and Mexican Customs compliance laws.

Experiencia y requisitos
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Must be expert in Mexican Customs Laws
- English 90%
- Skilled in database management & reporting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC software (MS Office, Excel),computer programming skills is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
- Bachelor’s degree International Trade Compliance, Computer Science
- Experience using MRP / ERP systems
