Participate in direct labor , technical and salaried recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
Ensure compliance with the Annual Training Plan, including scheduling, tracking, and follow-up of training activities.
Monitor, maintain, and update training matrices and employee training records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training documentation for audits and inspections
Coordinate training, onboarding, and employee development programs
Manage and update employee files, contracts, renewals, terminations, and personnel movements.
Provide continuous employee support and attention
Handle labor relations, employee incidents, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Oversee pre- payroll processes, time and attendance, overtime, shifts, and employee incidents.
Coordinate and organize company events, employee recognition activities, integration events, and internal campaigns
Support initiatives related to employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture.

Experiencia y requisitos

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
