Descripción y detalle de las actividades

  • Participate in direct labor , technical and salaried recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with the Annual Training Plan, including scheduling, tracking, and follow-up of training activities.
  • Monitor, maintain, and update training matrices and employee training records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training documentation for audits and inspections
  • Coordinate training, onboarding, and employee development programs
  • Manage and update employee files, contracts, renewals, terminations, and personnel movements.
  • Provide continuous employee support and attention
  • Handle labor relations, employee incidents, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee pre- payroll processes, time and attendance, overtime, shifts, and employee incidents.
  • Coordinate and organize company events, employee recognition activities, integration events, and internal campaigns
  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture.

Experiencia y requisitos

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.


Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment.


Technical Knowledge:

  • Mexican Labor Law (LFT).
  • IMSS, INFONAVIT
  • HR metrics and indicators.
  • HR and payroll systems (TRESS)
  • Training Module (TRESS)
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • English 80%
