Samara Living manufactures houses for exportation to California. Once the house is finished is transported into flatbed platform to the client's final destination.

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and systems for prefabricated modular construction, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure an efficient production flow, compliance with regulations, and quality standards.

Analyze data, perform time and feasibility studies, and solve production problems through root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement, innovation, cost reduction, and technical training of personnel. 

Ensure compliance with US building codes and standards, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.

Experience in the Introduction of New Products (Engineering Validation, CAD, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Definition, Documentation).

FUNCTIONS 

New Product Introduction: Coordinate new material design, process, and plan to validate the first constructions in the factory.    

Value Engineering: Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and quality 

Data Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize production efficiency.

Quality Assurance Support:

Implement quality control measures to ensure that prefabricated modular buildings meet standards specified by regulations.

Technology Integration: Evaluate new technologies and integrate them into the process

Manufacturing to improve productivity and innovation.

Problem Solving: Address production issues and implement solutions to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
