Jr Customer Service Representative (CSR)

• Download/Extract & Analyze customer Discrete & Min-Max demand from their portal/tool.

• Develop plan to best support/fulfill customer Discrete and Min Max demand.

• Set and monitor priority for OSP jobs and/or shipments.

• Update horse blanket/LOB, customer portal (s).

• Communicate with customer in timely fashion.

• Set and manage PRIORITY when planning and communicating Customer CRITICAL parts internally.

• Run, analyze and take action on different reporting.

• Analyze information in Dispatch-Status on open jobs, jobs not moving, CS42 scan, etc.

• Review of makes nor released by Production Control.

• Review new adds/changes to delivery schedule and drive actions from Purchase Order Change Report (POC).

• Review demand coverage/shortages and address with the appropriate owners • Follow up on customer returns.

• Review and take action on Exception Report from Corporate Demand Team.

• Demand alignment check - Customer Portal vs. AS400.

• Analyze customer mid and long-term demand profile.

• Analyze, quote and respond to Contracts on short flow and pull-in requests from Customers.

• Response to management on any KPI/Past Due a/o projected past due inquiries.
