Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Assign daily/weekly/monthly tasks to the team, establishing priorities by position .
2. Review prepayroll, payroll and employee payments every week .
3. Review weekly accounts payables, confirming the accuracy internal controls .
4. Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations .
5. Review the taxes payments .
6. Correct issues identified in various account reconciliations.

Additional Functions:

1. Assist in Accounting Continuous Improvement efforts, analyzing VAT Devolutions and ensuring Internal Controls are being followed. .
2. Provide training to accounting/finance team .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. ENGLISH 90%, KNOWLEDGE OF SAP AND TRESS, TAX KNOWLEDGE, TEAMWORK LEADERSHIP, Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications is required, principally Excel.

A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer.
