Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Receive, centralize, and manage all quotation requests (RFQs).
- Provide clean packages to the site and work in collaboration with customers and other stakeholders to provide released information for quoting and assembly
- Help analysis and implement new assembly & test solutions to differentiate us from our competitors.
- Generate NRE, coordinate with engineers to gather process times, tooling requirements, and cost data.
- Ensure accuracy and feasibility of quotations in line with engineering capabilities.
- Maintain an updated quotation dashboard and monitor quotation leadtime compliance.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information/trends and recommending action plans.
- Supervise and guide NPI engineers in product implementation.
- Ensure NPI projects follow the assumptions defined during quotation.
- Track and report project status, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain).
- Lead documentation of process approvals, risk assessments, and control plans.
- Drive continuous improvement on new product performance.
- Support execution of Technology Roadmap initiatives
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers in early phases of projects (pilots, demos, new equipment).
- Provide visibility to management with structured reporting and KPIs.
- Train and mentor Product/NPI Engineers
- Develop templates, checklists, and best practices for standardized product release.
- Build a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experiencia y requisitos
Experience across the following is desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
- with minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- Customer relationship management.
- US Visa is a must.
- Advanced English written and spoken
- Knowledge of high-speed connectors.
- Knowledge of assembly process and controls for pressfit and SMT.
- Knowledge of assembly and test equipment used in an electronics assembly environment such as SMT line equipment, AOI, 3D Xray, Flying probe testers, Electrical and functional testing.
- Electronics component knowledge for Bill of material’s selection and verification.
- CAD, Solidworks, CREO or equivalents Programs for product and fixture design advance to intermediate skills.
- Strong organization, time keeping and presentation skills.
- High level customer service and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Excellent project management skills desired.
- Decision-making ability, proactive and analytical skills
- Reverse engineering
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, 8D, statistical tools and six sigma.
- Microsoft Office Products.Power BI,
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar).
Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes.
