Sr Planner

Own the end-to-end SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) cycle to balance demand, supply, and inventory while achieving service, cost, and cash flow targets.

This role leads the monthly demand and supply reviews, drives the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) processes, and orchestrates scenario-based decision-making to align Operations, Distribution, and Supply Chain under a single integrated plan.

• Lead the monthly SIOP cadence: Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-SIOP, and Executive SIOP meetings.
• Develop and maintain the mid-term plan (3–18 months), translating consensus demand into a constrained MPS.
• Identify gaps in capacity, materials, and labor; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Define and maintain inventory strategies (safety stock, min/max, reorder points, ABC/XYZ segmentation).
• Drive intercompany and network inventory optimization.
• Manage product lifecycle planning (NPI ramp-up, EOL ramp-down, phase-outs).
• Measure and improve planning performance (MAPE/WAPE, forecast bias, OTIF, DOH, E&O, plan adherence).
• Govern planning master data in ERP/APS systems (SAP PP/MM/SD, IBP/APO or equivalent).
• Lead cross-functional scenario planning and “what-if” analysis, quantifying financial impact with Finance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality to ensure alignment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, DDMRP concepts where applicable).
• Identify supply, demand, and capacity risks; maintain mitigation plans.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings with structured, data-driven storytelling.
