- Supplier Resilience & Dual-Sourcing Strategy
- Define and execute dual/multi-source strategies for all critical components
- Develop and qualify new suppliers to eliminate single-source dependency
- Maintain a structured dual-source pipeline with readiness visibility
- Supply Continuity, Risk Management & Recovery Governance
- Identify, assess, and escalate supply risks with 3–6-month forward visibility
- Lead recovery plans for supplier disruptions, ensuring validated capacity and timelines
- Own commodity risk register and mitigation strategies
- Demand–Capacity Alignment & Transparency
- Aligning supplier capacity with forecasted demand and SIOP plans
- Validate net usable capacity (yield, scrap, constraints) vs. theoretical capacity
- Establish regular supplier cadence (forecast, capacity, constraints review)
- Supplier Performance & Compliance Management
- Own supplier scorecards (OTD, quality, responsiveness, cost performance)
- Conduct supplier audits and drive corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with quality, operational, and commercial standards
- SIOP & Cross-Functional Integration
- Act as the commodity owner within SIOP (Supply Review / Risk Review)
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Sales
- Support executive decision-making with clear risk, capacity, and trade-off visibility
- New Product Introduction (NPI) & Engineering Alignment
- Optimize supplier base (consolidation, regionalization, nearshoring)
- Ensure supply base scalability aligned with business growth plans
- Support make vs. buy and sourcing footprint decisions
- Commercial Strategy, Negotiation & Contract Governance
- Develop and execute commercial strategies (PPV, VAVE, cost reduction)
- Lead supplier negotiations (pricing, lead times, capacity agreements)
- Develop and manage commodity dashboards (capacity, risk, dual source, performance)
- Monitor KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership

Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain or related field.
- English 80% MANDATORY
- Prolifient on Microsoft Project Management (certification is a plus).
- Certification in APICS and/or ISM is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in sourcing, commodity, or supplier management
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent in the sourcing or supply chain department.
- Experience in manufacturing environment (electronics or industrial preferred)
- APICS, ISM, or Lean certification preferred
- Proven experience in sourcing processes and projects.
