• Leadership of the quality inspections and verifications of manufacturing processes.

• Provide support to evaluate processes

• Ensure records are maintained as evidence of inspection activities are being done and provide the Main Contributors List to the Operations people for Follow-up by the Cost Center.

• Responsible for reviewing work instructions are being followed by operators.

• Responsible for notifying to Quality Engineer when processes deviate from original approval.

• Responsible for supporting contention activities when failures in the process appear, in coordination with manufacturing personnel and SQA when required.

• Provide support to EMS build-in quality Activities according to its procedure.

• Responsible for applying all the requirements related to EMS, and ISO9000/14000 requirements according to the position. Among responsibilities the following environmental information is included, designated but not limited to: Knowledge and comprehension of the plant’s environmental policy, including the established environmental goals, knowing and identifying the environmental aspects and impacts on the area or process to perform, focusing on continuous improvement and keeping operational goals, and identifying and segregating chemical residues and materials.
