IVEMSA is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a key administrative support role at Voltaris
Main Responsibilities:
- Calculation of Pre-Payroll and employee incidents
- Coordination of visitor preparation activities
- Weekly invoicing review
- Plant reception and front-desk duties
- Local MRO purchases
- Management of Petty Cash and Corporate Purchasing Card
- Assistance with travel requests when needed
Experiencia y requisitos
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or HR support roles within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Experience managing pre-payroll calculations, petty cash, and local purchasing processes.
- Prior experience coordinating plant visitors, travel logistics, and vendor payments is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with ERP or payroll systems (TRESS is a must).
Soft Skills:
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented with a positive and service-minded attitude.
Language:
- English 85%
