VTECH TECATE SOUND SYSTEMS

Collaborate with plants and cross-functional project teams in Mexico, China, and Malaysia to plan, implement, and manage overall project scheduling, new product development programs, and existing mass production portfolios for the entire account lifecycle.

The PMO acts as the primary account holder for designated customers, seamlessly bridging global manufacturing capabilities with client commercial requirements while driving cross-departmental alignment at the project level.

Global Account & Program Lifecycle Management

  • End-to-End Account Ownership: Manage the complete account portfolio, driving execution for both new product introductions (NPI/transfers) and existing/mature mass production models.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional project teams and manufacturing plants in China and Mexico to manage project transitions, sustaining production
  • engineering, and dual-plant coordination.

Master Scheduling: Plan, implement, and monitor overall project timelines, production schedules, and engineering changes to ensure all global milestones are met on time.

Account Management & Commercial Ownership

- Primary Account Holder: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining professional, regular communication across the entire life of the account to build strong long-term relationships.

- Commercial Operations: Take charge of and manage day-to-day commercial issues for both new and running business, ensuring clear resolution on:

- Outstanding project topics and open action items.

- Payment tracking, credit issues, and financial reconciliations.

- Order processing, demand forecasting, run-rate stability, and capacity planning.

- Shipment scheduling, logistics coordination, and delivery tracking.

Operational Support

- Ad-Hoc Assignments: Dynamically support the business by executing any ad-hoc assignments, reporting tasks, or strategic

initiatives as required by management.

Experiencia y requisitos

Working Experience

Bilingual Communication: Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory for handling international accounts and local plant operations; familiarity with cross-cultural business practices in Asia is highly valued.

- Minimum Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or account management within a manufacturing environment.Electronics, PCB, or related.

- Sustaining & NPI Experience: Proven track record handling both front-end project development/transfers and back-end continuous mass production cycles.

- International Exposure: Experience collaborating with overseas teams (specifically China/Asia) and managing the transfer and scale-up of products to local Mexican facilities.

- Commercial Background: Strong background in handling customer-facing commercial topics, including order fulfillment,

supply chain logistics, and accounts receivable/payment tracking.

Technical Skills

- Global Supply Chain & Systems: Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and international logistics/shipment tracking.

- Project Planning Tools: Proficiency with MS Project, Excel (advanced data analysis, pivot tables, forecasting data), or equivalent scheduling software.
