1. Manage Purchasing & Planning Activities
2. Oversee procurement, production planning, and inventory control for assigned product lines, ensuring material availability and alignment with production needs.
3. Maintain ERP/MRP Data Integrity
4. Ensure accuracy of system data (lead times, safety stock, ABC classification) and manage MRP signals, shortage reports, and planning actions.
5. Supplier Management & Performance Improvement
6. Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and lead continuous improvement initiatives through scorecards and business reviews.
7. Inventory Optimization & Cost Reduction
8. Drive initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce material costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
9. Cross-functional Coordination & Issue Resolution
10. Act as the main interface between suppliers and internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Operations), resolving issues and supporting product lifecycle changes.
