CAD (Mechanical) Product Design Engineer

Overall Activities: • Execute development activities related to new product development with company business strategy requirements in terms of swift actions, innovative solutions, cost efficiency and high-quality products to meet the real needs of end customers. • Issue drawings to create new product to proceed growth of our company. • Make 2D/3D drawing for mass product activity. • Understand product from planning dept. Suggest product design specification idea based on direction of engineering manager and discuss to improve design. • Understand total schedule of Design Engineering team. Based on that make daily schedule and manage daily activity. • Execute project activities to verify compliance of product to design specifications and regulatory requirements, including design reviews. • Design based on engineer's review and feedback. *Much knowledge of mechanical design & drawing (Resin parts, metal parts, package, IEC standard etc) • Judge the performance of mold/die products and negotiating with mold/die vendor. *Especially, Injection molding and press forming for metal sheet • BOM construction and analysis. • Execute solidworks 2D & 3D drawings. • Feedback to your manager when feasibility of tasks within time is reduced or some VE idea
