ERP Functional Technical Analyst – Planning, Procurement & Inventory

We are seeking an ERP Analyst – Specialist (IT) to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Traceability processes within the ERP system and related local applications.

This role requires strong onsite engagement with operational teams to provide structured problem analysis, agile incident resolution, and support for new business requirements. The position plays a key role in strengthening internal capabilities and ensuring system reliability in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for ERP modules related to Planning (MRP), Procurement, Inventory, and Materials Management.
• Partner directly with key operational users to analyze issues and clarify business requirements.
• Conduct structured root cause analysis for production-impacting incidents.
• Validate and maintain master data integrity and MRP planning parameters.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Perform system configuration adjustments and implement functional enhancements.
• Identify automation and process optimization opportunities and propose practical solutions.
• Participate in system migrations, upgrades, and deployment of new modules or functionalities.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, procedures, and system performance reports.
• Ensure ERP and related systems comply with quality standards and support internal and external audit requirements.
• Support change management initiatives related to system updates and process improvements.
