- Ensure the proper operation, updating, and compliance of the Training System and applicable regulatory requirements (internal/external audits and labor regulations), strengthening the related documentation, records, metrics, and processes.
- Provide tactical support to the Human Resources department.
- Complies with the applicable requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management System
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related field.
- More than 3 years in Training Systems and HR processes.
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Office parcel and TRESS system management
- Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, decision-making ability, proactive.
- Attention to detail in managing records and evidence, analytical skills, documentation and process management, effective communication, teamwork, and a strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
