Descripción y Detalle de las Actividades

1. Analyze and resolve raw material quality issues.
2. Provide technical justification for compound rejections and support discussions with suppliers using data and analysis.
3. Define and standardize receiving, handling, and storage conditions for rubber compounds to ensure proper material performance.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in rubber molding processes (injection, compression, or transfer).
5. Support process parameter optimization in collaboration with Engineering, Production and Quality teams.
6. Participate in the technical evaluation and development of rubber compound suppliers.
7. In a later phase, support the development of an internal mixing center, including:

• Compound recovery and reuse
• Development of in-house rubber formulations
• Technical support for internal rubber mixing operations
