We're looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across our office, manufacturing, and warehouse operations in Tijuana. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and growing their IT skills in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
✅ Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, and peripheral equipment
✅ Troubleshoot network, wireless, and connectivity issues
✅ Assist with video conferencing, voice, and communication systems
✅ Track and resolve service requests while delivering excellent customer support
✅ Collaborate with IT teams on technology projects and improvements
Experiencia y requisitos
What we're looking for:
✔ 2-3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
✔ Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
✔ Knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and IT hardware
✔ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent communication skills
