Planner/Buyer

Analyzes lists of raw materials, purchased parts, and equipment required in the manufacture of industrial or consumer products.

• Planning and scheduling of production, warehouse, customer delivery, packaging development, inventory control, logistics and production processes.
• Executes the purchase orders that the MRP system suggests from your part numbers.
• Track purchase orders from creation, supplier confirmation, shipment, receipt, and payment to the supplier.
• Ensure 100% delivery to customer.
• Attend meetings requested by customers, as a representative for issues related to production control and logistics.
• It helps plan deliveries based on production forecasts, market conditions, material substitution, and capacity of production, storage, and handling lines.
• Expedite purchases that have been delayed or in response to changes in production plans.
• Maintains the organization's standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to the job position.
• Inventory control according to customer requirements.
• Support in additional functions to your position as required.
