OBJECTIVE: Understanding customer needs and requirements. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Prospect new clients, establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Tooling and Injection Molding Technical Sales.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Develop extensive sales skills in preparation to advance and grow up with ARRK.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Coordinate domestic and international material purchases including, but not limited to, China and Taiwan vendors to ensure orders are produced on time according to project specifications.
- Accurately coordinate shipping logistics to meet scheduled deliveries to our customers’ time and place specifications.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Experiencia y requisitos
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales (required)
- 2–3 years of experience in project management
- 2–3 years of previous experience in customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Excellent phone presence and cold calling skills
- Strong listening, negotiation, and sales skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Bilingual: English / Spanish
