OBJECTIVE: Understanding customer needs and requirements. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.


MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Prospect new clients, establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Tooling and Injection Molding Technical Sales.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Develop extensive sales skills in preparation to advance and grow up with ARRK.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Coordinate domestic and international material purchases including, but not limited to, China and Taiwan vendors to ensure orders are produced on time according to project specifications.
  • Accurately coordinate shipping logistics to meet scheduled deliveries to our customers’ time and place specifications.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Experiencia y requisitos

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales (required)
  • 2–3 years of experience in project management
  • 2–3 years of previous experience in customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Excellent phone presence and cold calling skills
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and performance goals
  • Bilingual: English / Spanish
