Quality Systems Engineer

Responsible for the appropriate distribution and accessibility of documentation within the organization. Develop and document systems and procedures that enable better document control. 

Responsibilities: 

• Receive all documentation from ECR’s, NPI, and support departments to allocate and control  
• Verify documentation to ensure it meets the minimal requirements according to the document. 
• Maintain all documentation updated and controlled to comply with external regulations and internal company procedures. 
• Training within the organization in all procedures for document control  
• Document distribution for new and reviewed documents  
• Handle the storage and retrieval of information in an accurate, consistent, and thorough manner. 
• Responsible for document control changes
