- Supervise the activities of Receiving, Storage and Shipping of Finished Product
- Coordinate the activities related to the 5S program
- Supervise the correct follow-up of C-TPAT and OAS rules and protocols
- Supervise and coordinate the functions of the area's personnel
- Supervise the correct use, operation and maintenance of tools/equipment
- Update the department's metric control
- Organize information meetings for warehouse floor personnel
- Authorize permits and vacations for warehouse floor personnel
- Coordinate the program for sending shipments to customers
- Coordinate the cycle counting program
- Coordinate and supervise general inventory activities
- Supervise the rework process for placing lamps
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair service of equipment
- Validate the correct FIFO control of the finished product
- Coordinate the training and development program for floor personnel
Experiencia y requisitos
Must Have
- Experience in shipping Warehouse Activities 3 a 5 years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of mathematics, Knowledge of MS Office Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Teamwork, Leadership Communication skills.
- English 60% or conversational.
- Engineering or bachelor degree.
