Process - Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Process/Design Engineer with expertise in plastic injection molded automotive electrical connectors and related manufacturing processes. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, launch, and continuous improvement of injection molded connector products used in automotive aftermarket applications. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling Suppliers, Quality, and Operations to develop robust products and manufacturing processes that meet customer, quality, and cost objectives.

This role combines product design, tooling development, injection molding process optimization, and manufacturing launch support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing and producing high-volume injection molded electrical connector components and has successfully led tooling and process implementation from concept through production.
