Experiencia y requisitos
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision and management.
- Advanced experience managing operational personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel is a plus).
- Proven experience working with ERP systems.
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum 90%, both written and spoken).
- Experience in material management, receiving, shipping, and logistics operations.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Experience in demand planning and forecasting.
Availability to work any of the following shifts:
- Shift A: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Shift B: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Shift C: Thursday through Sunday and Friday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
