- Request and compare quotes for client requirements with three or more suppliers.
- Place purchase orders authorized by the client and follow up on the delivery of goods or services.
- Prepare contracts with service providers and manage their expiration and renewals.
- Negotiate prices and delivery times with suppliers.
- Prepare reports to support clients in tracking and monitoring their transactions
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the purchasing/procurement area.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiation, and supplier management.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tress, or similar).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of contracts and invoicing.
