Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública preferred ). Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, MBA) are a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, or Plant Finance. Experience in a manufacturing and/or maquiladora environment required. Experience supporting monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliations. Exposure to inventory accounting and cost accounting strongly preferred. Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, financial modeling). ERP experience (SAP, QAD, Oracle, or similar). Strong understanding of: General Ledger Accounting Financial Statements Balance Sheet Reconciliations Cost Accounting Budgeting & Forecasting Internal Controls Manufacturing Finance Language Requirements Advanced English (written and verbal) required. Ability to communicate effectively with U.S. and international teams. Strong presentation and business partnering skills.
