Senior FP&A Analyst

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus) 5 + years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance (manufacturing experience is highly preferred) Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable working in a bilingual (English/Spanish) and multicultural environment Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management Ability to derive insights and recommend actions, not just produce reports. Experience in a maquiladora environment or working with U.S.-based parent companies is highly valued Must be comfortable communicating financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Desired Qualifications: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
