Plant Controller

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • 7 a 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Cost Accounting, or Controlling. • Advanced English communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Advanced Excel skills. • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred. • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or month-end close activities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive, collaborative, and continuous improvement mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Manufacturing industry experience. • Exposure to cost accounting or variance analysis. • Experience working with multinational organizations or Shared Service environments. • Knowledge of HFM or other financial reporting tools is a plus.
