Key Responsibilities Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow). Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts. Assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Support strategic decision-making through financial insights. Monitor costs and identify opportunities for efficiency. Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements. Assist with internal and external audits. Identify investment and growth opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles. Strong knowledge of financial tools (advanced Excel, ERP systems, etc.). Experience with financial modeling and data analysis. Understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (if applicable).
