Knowledge / Skills Leadership: Ability to lead, develop, and hold warehouse and materials teams accountable for operational results. Warehouse & Materials Management: Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, material staging, line-side supply, WIP, finished goods, and shipping. IMMEX / Foreign Trade: Practical experience in IMMEX manufacturing environments, including temporary imported materials, inventory traceability, returns, scrap control, and coordination with Foreign Trade/Customs. Inventory Control: Strong knowledge of cycle counting, inventory accuracy, root-cause analysis, physical-to-system reconciliation, FIFO, and inventory adjustments. SAP: Hands-on experience using SAP for material movements, inventory control, transfers, receipts, issues, and traceability; SAP MM/WM/EWM experience preferred according to site configuration. Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, and preferably Power Query. Lean / Material Flow: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Kanban and Pull Systems, including supermarkets, replenishment parameters, FIFO, material flow, and line-side availability. Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data and KPIs to identify inventory discrepancies, material shortages, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Communication: Clear communication with cross-functional teams and ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Process Improvement: Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, standard work, and waste reduction. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7+ years of experience in warehouse, materials, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
