• Ingeniero Industrial, o carrera a fin. Conocimientos y Habilidades: →Administración: • Técnicas desde planeación y organización. • Sistemas de gestión ISO-9000 e ISO-14000. • Manejo y administración de recursos humanos. • Técnicas de trabajo en equipo. →Técnicos: • Sistemas de manufactura (balanceo de líneas, tiempos estándar, herramientas y equipo). • Ingles indispensable (80% conocimiento general). • Conocimientos de Manufactura Esbelta (Kaizen, Kanban, JIT, Poka-yoke). • Lectura de BOM, dibujos técnicos, especificaciones, cambios de ingeniería. • Conocimientos básicos sobre el estándar de diseño de tablero (SMT y Thu-hole), análisis de partes mecánicas, de tolerancias del producto. (Depende del área de asignación). • Conocimientos de cálculo de Head count, productividad y eficiencia. • Conocimientos básicos de Rhos y ETL. • Conocimientos básicos de estadística para el control del proceso.(Histogramas, Paretos). • Conocimientos básicos de MOST para la generación del tiempo estándar. • Aplicación de métodos analíticos para la solución de los problemas del producto. • Conocimientos básicos de costos (en relación a la mano de obra aplicada a un ensamble). • Manejo de AutoCAD. (preferencia un 50%) → Personales: • Habilidad de comunicación oral y escrita. • Disponibilidad de horario. • Actitud positiva ante los cambios. • Facilidad para adaptarse a cambios rápidos. • Tener aptitud de análisis y resolución de problemas.
