Requisitos del Puesto Experiencia Requerida 8 a 10 años de experiencia en inyección de plásticos, preferentemente en industria automotriz. Experiencia sólida en moldes de inyección: diseño, validación, modificaciones y liberación. Participación en lanzamientos de nuevos programas (desde fase de diseño hasta SOP). Experiencia en coordinación técnica con proveedores de moldes. Conocimiento práctico del proceso de inyección y su interacción con el diseño del molde. Experiencia en pruebas de moldes, corridas piloto y validaciones de proceso. Exposición a auditorías de cliente y estándares automotrices. Deseable experiencia dando soporte o mentoría a ingenieros junior o técnicos. Formación Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Industrial, Materiales o afín. Deseable: certificaciones o cursos en tooling, plásticos, APQP o Six Sigma. Conocimientos Técnicos Clave Moldes (principal) Diseño y funcionamiento de moldes de inyección de plástico. Selección de aceros para moldes, recubrimientos y tratamientos térmicos. Interpretación avanzada de planos y GD&T. Simulación de moldes y proceso (Moldflow o similar) a nivel de análisis y toma de decisiones. Gestión de vida útil y mantenimiento de moldes. Proceso (secundario) Proceso de inyección de plástico de alto volumen. Resinas automotrices comunes (PP, PA6/PA66 GF, POM, PBT, PPA, etc.). Análisis básico–intermedio de parámetros de proceso y defectos de moldeo. Análisis estadístico de proceso (CPK). Calidad, Otros APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, MSA, Control Plan. Conocimiento de IATF 16949. Manejo de software CAD (SolidWorks u otro) a nivel de revisión técnica. Habilidades Alta capacidad de organización, coordinación y seguimiento. Comunicación efectiva con proveedores y equipos multidisciplinarios. Toma de decisiones con base técnica. Gestión de prioridades y proyectos múltiples. Enfoque a mejora continua Capacidad de análisis y resolución estructurada de problemas. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y con fechas de SOP exigentes.

Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical hardware design within the medical device industry. Proven track record leading and successfully delivering complex medical device design projects. Strong experience in analog and digital circuit design, troubleshooting, and failure analysis. Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT). Experience working in ISO 13485 regulated environments; highly preferred. Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (IEC 60601, FDA requirements), desirable but not mandatory. Experience with risk management processes such as FMEA and FTA.
