JOB REQUIREMENTS Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. A specialization or postgraduate degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or Project Management is preferred. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing companies. Experience in engineering project management and process improvement. Experience in production planning, supervision, and control. Experience managing technical personnel, supervisors, and production staff. Experience in performance indicator analysis, cost reduction, and problem-solving. Experience in plastic injection molding processing is essential. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Production planning and control. Process engineering and manufacturing. Project management and follow-up. Production capacity and cycle time analysis. Continuous improvement: Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis. Engineering change control and process validation. Interpretation of drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Cost analysis, budgeting, and capital investment projects. Production, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery performance indicators. Maintenance coordination and machinery availability. Quality management systems, preferably ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, as applicable. Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and technical software relevant to the position. Intermediate/advanced English (mandatory)
