Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic Engineering or similar from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no more than 2 years ago and general average of 8.0 or higher - Geographical flexibility to relocate - Ability to speak a second language fluently (English) - Having performed an extracurricular activity at the same time as the professional career: sports, job experience, academic exchange, or others - Demonstrated ability to lead others within campus and/or community Preferred Qualifications: - At least 6 months of prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting. All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
