5 years of experience as a Senior Production Supervisor or Production Superintendent in the medical, aerospace or automotive industry. Bachelor degree: Engineering Have the ability to communicate and establish professional and effective interaction with co-workers, subordinates, Engineering and Quality Assurance. Experience to design and implement Productivity metrics such as Efficiency (min/unit), Yield, Job order scrap, Job Order material variance. Experience to Implement Visual Factory Program in which KPIs are displayed on a factory floor to provide clear, visible objectives to the front line employees. Ability in handling documentation and manufacturing drawings. Good Spanish and English, written and oral communication skills.
