Key Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure production schedules are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time. Coordinate personnel, materials, and resources to meet quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Lead investigations related to deviations, non-conformances, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation. Monitor and report production performance through established KPIs and operational metrics. Manage employee performance, training plans, and competency certifications. Support workforce planning, employee development, and performance management activities. Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements and production goals are consistently achieved.
