For This Role, You Will Need: Experience supporting customs, international trade, import/export, logistics, or trade compliance operations. Knowledge of customs regulations, import/export processes, and international shipping documentation. Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with ERP systems and data management tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and external business partners. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills to support interaction with global stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Availability for occasional business travel. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Global Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Customs Administration, or a related field. Experience supporting manufacturing, maquiladora, or cross-border operations. Knowledge of OEA, C-TPAT, IMMEX, or similar trade compliance programs. Experience working with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems. Familiarity with tariff classification processes and customs valuation principles. Experience coordinating activities with customs brokers and government agencies. Knowledge of audit preparation and customs compliance reviews. Continuous improvement experience using process optimization methodologies.
