Experience: 5+ years in payroll and social security within the maquiladora sector, supporting 1,000+ employees. Systems: TRESS – mandatory (2+ years of hands-on experience: catalogs, incidents, stamping, reporting). Tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, logical functions; macros desirable). Qualifications You Must Have At least 2 years of experience as a Continuous Improvement, OPEX professional or Industrial Engineering roles with a strong background in Operational or Excellence Systems deployment.
