Supervises and coordinates the activities of the personnel who are involved in production process to ensure the continuous flow of work, as well as project compliance according to quantity and quality specifications. Study the production programs and estimate the man hour requirements to complete the assigned work. Analyze and solve work problems or assist employees in solving work related problems. Conducts performance assessments of its subordinates and recommends relevant development plans. Recommends or initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, casualties, ethical and disciplinary measures.
