Inventory Strategy & Governance Develop and govern global inventory policies, including safety stocks, segmentation logic (ABC, PFEP, DDMRP buffers), and replenishment models. Supply Chain Analytics & Visibility Build and operationalize advanced analytical capabilities to support the broader supply chain—including inventory, demand/supply planning, logistics, strategic sourcing, etc. ERP Implementation & Data Management Configure and maintain supply chain parameters in D365 and other ERP system (e.g., MOQ, LT, UOM, Incoterms, payment terms, price breaks). Cross-Functional Performance Enablement Support S&OP and Supply Chain processes by connecting inventory insights with demand plans, capacity profiles, and working capital objectives Leadership & Continuous Improvement Lead and develop a team of analysts in both inventory management and supply chain analytics. Champion the evolution toward a digitally enabled, insight-led supply chain culture. Drive continuous improvement using lean methods, structured problem-solving, and technology enablement. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, inventory management, including data analytics and ERP implementation. Strong leadership experience managing teams across multiple sites or geographies. Proven success driving global inventory optimization and reporting standardization. Deep expertise in D365 or equivalent ERP systems, with a proven record of driving process improvements. Advanced analytical and modeling skills; proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
