Bachelor’s Degree in engineering area, sciences and Safety discipline and a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a security manager in industrial maintenance, or Safety Management. CCTV (closed-circuit television) strong background is mandatory Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, preferred. Strong background tact to explain a procedure to a internal customer (all the procedure) is mandatory Access Controls Systems experience is a must Strong background in patrimonial security Abilities to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with state practices, policies, procedures, or government law. Effective written and oral communication skills within a culturally diverse environment. Excellent software skills, MS Office Suite a must. Personal leadership: pro-active in achieving the shared purpose with the client group by sharing ideas and process improvements. Agility: ability to prioritize and smoothly manage multiple tasks. Ownership: personally responsible and accountable for achieving performance goals as well as those of a team; fiscally responsible. English Level 90%
