For This Role, You Will Need: Experience leading or supervising manufacturing or assembly operations in a production environment. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety practices. Ability to analyze production data, manage priorities, and make timely, informed decisions. Comfort using standard business and production systems, including data tracking and reporting tools. Skills in people leadership, including coaching, performance feedback, and team development. Flexibility to support operational needs across different schedules as required. Ability for blue print reading and GD&T. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience in machining environments such as CNC, lathes, or metal finishing processes. Knowledge of physical properties of metals and heat treatments Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem‑solving tools. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and data‑driven decision making. Experience supporting equipment maintenance coordination, budget awareness, or product transfer activities. Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish in a manufacturing setting.
