Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in management roles overseeing assembly, production, or kitting operations. Experience managing production lines, balancing workflows, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Proven leadership experience managing production teams and supervisors in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of production planning and control, material handling, and inventory management. Experience launching new products or manufacturing programs. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for production tracking and reporting. Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with growing operational demands. Preferred : Experience in a maquiladora or IMMEX manufacturing environment. Background in packaging, corrugated materials, electronics, or component assembly. Lean Six Sigma certification.
