Job Qualification & Knowledge requirements Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, automation platforms, PCBAs, and system-level quality engineering. Expertise in quality methodologies and root cause analysis (DMAIC, 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Ability to interpret technical, business, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience implementing and standardizing global Quality Management Systems across multiple sites and regions.
