Key Responsibilities Welding Process Development & Optimization Develop, implement, and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ). Evaluate and improve welding processes (MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW, laser welding, robotic welding, etc.) to increase throughput, reduce defects, and lower production costs. Support automation efforts including robotic welding programming, fixture design input, and process validation. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–7 years of experience in welding engineering within a manufacturing environment. Experience with robotic/automated welding systems preferred. Strong understanding of metallurgy, heat treatments, weld symbols, and blueprint reading. Certifications (Preferred) AWS Certified Welding Engineer (CWEng) or Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). ASME or API certifications depending on industry sector. Skills & Competencies Proficiency with weld testing methods (NDT, DT) and inspection tools. Knowledge of weld metallurgy, distortion control, and consumable selection. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead root cause investigations. Excellent communication and ability to train and mentor technical staff. Experience with CAD tools or welding simulation software a plus.

Requirements University degree in Accounting or Public Accounting (Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública) or equivalent. Currently certified as a Contador Público Certificado (CPC), US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant, or equivalent recognised professional qualification in good standing. Detailed working knowledge of US GAAP, which is the group reporting standard, together with sufficient command of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) to take responsibility for the Mexican entity’s statutory accounts and to reconcile between the two. Demonstrated strength in capital allocation, cash flow management and working capital control in a growing business. This will be tested closely at interview. Experience supporting a business through growth or capacity expansion: building the financial case for investment, funding it, and holding the business to the returns promised. Proven ability to present at Board level: concise, credible, and able to defend the numbers under direct challenge from directors and lenders rather than taking questions away. A track record of meeting a fixed reporting calendar (weekly cash, monthly close, budget and reforecast) without slippage. Substantial experience in a manufacturing business or environment, with genuine command of standard costing, inventory control and plant cost analysis. Direct experience of the Mexican IMMEX / maquiladora regime and its accounting, inventory control, VAT certification and transfer pricing consequences, including working through a shelter or administrative services provider. Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency group, including consolidation and intercompany accounting. Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken, with English to a standard sufficient for Board-level reporting and negotiation with lenders and investors. Advanced financial modelling and Excel capability, and practical ERP experience. Able to be based in Mexicali and present onsite at the plant.

Requisitos Indispensables: Preparatoria terminada con certificado vigente Experiencia de 1 año en actividades de inspección NDT mediante Radiografía (Interpretación y preparación de piezas). Contar con 800 horas de entrenamiento formal documentadas conforme al procedimiento de calificación y certificación de personal de Ensayos No Destructivos (nivel RT II). Certificación vigente como inspector de Radiografía Industrial (RT) Nivel II o superior, incluyendo experiencia en Radiografía (convencional y/o digital). Requisitos Deseables: Familiaridad con los requerimientos de NADCAP y códigos ASTM. Experiencia adicional en otros métodos NDT (Líquidos Penetrantes (PT)). Experiencia en inspección de componentes aeroespaciales fabricados en materiales compuestos y estructuras de metal.
