Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or HR support roles within a manufacturing or corporate environment. Experience managing pre-payroll calculations, petty cash, and local purchasing processes. Prior experience coordinating plant visitors, travel logistics, and vendor payments is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with ERP or payroll systems (TRESS is a must). Soft Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision. Team-oriented with a positive and service-minded attitude. Language: English 85%
