CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE • Conduct factory tours for prospective customers (in-person or via video call). • Assist with occasional technical questions from prospective clients. • Help coordinate in-person factory visits and prepare materials for customer handoffs. • Contribute to a positive, organized, and consistent customer experience across all stages. MARKETING SUPPORT • Capture high-quality photos or videos when needed for customer handoff documents or occasional marketing use. • Assist with occasional email or social media inquiries from prospective customers. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS • Near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken. • Construction knowledge is a strong plus but not required. • Ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate calmly and professionally. • Comfortable coordinating between customers, technicians, logistics partners, and service providers. • Proactive, adaptable, and able to follow through on complex tasks. • Experience with CRM systems or digital task-management tools is a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
