Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Procure supplies, materials, services, and equipment to ensure delivery within the required timeframe.
- Create and maintain purchase orders for the current product line and ensure on-time delivery to eliminate backorders and stockouts.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the movement of materials throughout the order fulfillment cycle.
- Communicate any actual or potential material shortages to the team.
- Ensure suppliers have all necessary product information to meet quality standards and production delivery requirements.
- Monitor internal minimum and maximum inventory levels, as well as supplier safety stock, to maximize inventory turnover while ensuring material availability.
Experiencia y requisitos
- 5 years of experience in a related purchasing/procurement role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel, SolidWorks, and Smartsheet
