· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · 5+ years of prior relevant experience as Process Quality Engineer and/or Customer Quality Engineer. · English 90%. Effective communication in English with suppliers, and corporate team members in US. · Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving, SPC, PDCA, A3 and other quality tools. · Must have the ability to interact and work in a factory floor environment. · Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy. · Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office. · Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum errors and excellent attention to detail. · Domestic and International travel required.
