Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and new-hire setup Provide HR administrative support to managers, including policy guidance and documentation support Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook as directed Support employee relations matters by documenting issues and escalating appropriately Prepare HR records and documentation to support Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social inspections or audits, under leadership direction Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and basic HR reporting Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Required Qualifications High school diploma or associate degree required; relevant HR coursework or certification a plus 2–4 years of hands-on HR administrative or coordinator experience Working knowledge of Mexican Labor Law/Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT) and basic HR compliance in Mexico Experience supporting onboarding, employee records, attendance, and HR documentation Ability to follow established policies and escalate legal or disciplinary matters appropriately Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment Bilingual: Spanish (native or fluent) and English (professional working proficiency) Preferred Qualifications Experience in apparel manufacturing or similar production environments Success in This Role Looks Like Employees understand policies, benefits, and performance expectations HR processes and documentation are maintained in a way that supports future company growth Compensation and Benefits Salary: $ 4,500 MXN NET weekly Benefits: According to the Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT), including social security, vacation, and other statutory benefits How to Apply Please submit your resume in English along with a brief cover letter explaining why you are an ideal candidate for the Human Resources Administrator role, and a short summary of your HR experience.
